Quilting The Montana Mountains

I have a quilt photo session coming up the end of this month. Quilting and binding finished tops has been my focus as of late. Montana Mountains is the next one up in my quilting line up.


For me, this quilt conjures up the majestic blue and white snowcapped mountains of Montana. The pattern I used for the center of this king size quilt is “Montana” by Edyta Sitar of Laundry Basket Quilts. I used a variety of Laundry Basket Quilts fabrics with a sprinkling of others from my fabric stash to create a soothing and calm quilt.  Blue is a classic color and this stunning quilt will look great year-round.


The finished quilt will be revealed in my next quilt launch the end of October, but here’s a sneak peak…
